The Monitor, relieved at the seeming confirmation that this individual was unharmed by the monstrous form he had just encountered, was finally calmed from his initial worry. Now he was amused and gladdened that he at least still seemed to be well known to the people of this area, given the question presented by the man before him.
"Why, sir, indeed I am. At least, what the media seems to love calling what I consider my obligation to the people of this fine city. Name's Monitor... I like to think of the title as a greater, spoken representation of my quest to bring order to people plagued with chaos and tragedy so constantly... Regardless, I'm just glad that you don't seem to be in any critical condition... from your description, you seem like you'll hopefully be in good order quite shortly."
The Monitor, upon finishing his statement to the man lying upon the ground in his vicinity... Remembered, suddenly the greater threat at hand, briefly looking around the general area, upon which he now stood. Peering into the darker regions of the surrounding residential area, attempting to gaze through the immense shadows of the night to ensure that the utter horror of a mutant he prior fought hadn't somehow followed them here. Just because the man in front of him seemed alright for now, surely didn't mean that he should assume he was entirely out of danger yet. He had to make certain that the city of New York knew about the recent threat that had just reared its beastly visage out from the shadows t seemed so much to enjoy. Some people might panic, and put themselves in harm's way unintentionally, regardless of Monitor's warning, but he figured it was better to keep the public informed, rather than, perhaps, just as, if not more fatally oblivious. He supposed that he may as well start with the individual that lay before him. After all, if he'd experienced another one of these dizzy spells at the wrong time whilst that... thing roamed the streets, the potential results seemed all too clear to Monitor... He'd be a sitting duck unless, perhaps, he knew to be wary of this mysterious threat.
It was to this end that the Monitor had attempted to divert the subject of their conversation... as calm in demeanor as possible though... While this man hadn't fainted, it could be reasoned that anxiety and excitement such as hearing of a lunatic monster man in one's local area, would mostly likely not help his current state most effectively... Maybe just help him up, first, get him moving on his way to his home, and inform him once he seems to have come off his dizzied state.
The Monitor then began to reach out his hand, prepared to help the man to his feet, and proceeding to speak: "So,.. do you think you're in good condition now to return home now, or would you want me to escort you there?. Not to rush you, of course, though speaking from observational experience, this isn't exactly the best hour to be lying on the ground in the middle of the night in a large, dubiously lit residential area..."
