Hello, to anyone who might be reading this post.
Essentially, my first idea for a roleplay involves characters created by the collaborating music artists known as Retrospecter and Kamex, myself playing as an oc I've been working on, named Monitor, being essentially a former biologist and inventor turned half-lizard mutant, who uses an armor made of nanobots which he designed, eventually choosing to act as a superhero of sorts to the city of New York, with other information listed on his character profile on this site.
The characters adapted from Retrospecter and Kamex includ eRetrospecter's demon characters based on the Seven Deadly Sins, with Wrath represented by Retro, Izzurius serving as Pride, Sakuroma representing lust, Insatian being gluttony , Attrocean embodying Envy, Hivemine being Greed, and Dozric representing sloth, as well as a character created by Kamex, known as Ace, being a non-demonic Ice Dragon-humanoid, and who is often portrayed as being in a bisexual relationship with Retro.
The plot of the roleplay would involve the Monitor's being sent to Retrospecter/Kamex's version of Hell, while tracking a group of cultists known as the Crimson Cloak society, and accidentally reading aloud a spell from one of their occult books. From there, he would meet the Sins and/or Ace and attempt to enlist some of them to help him return home, while also trying to thwart any villainous attempts made by any of the other sins/other demons, and helping to solve other conflicts involved with such, and forced to question his devotion to science in this realm of magical beings.
Essentially, if anybody is willing to roleplay as any of the sins or Ace, I would simply recommend researching the character you intend to play, a bit, if you're not familiar with how they're usually portrayed. or even simply provide any additional suggestions or feedback as to the structure/direction of the plot/any of the characters/themes, please let me know, as any response is greatly appreciated. Also, because there are so many potential characters, not all of them have to be cast, though I would enjoy having a group of a few people, though this can also be changed if only one or a couple of people want to take part in the roleplay.
While I'm not ready to begin the roleplay at the moment, I will place a reply on this thread, or create a new thread to inform you when I am, and am open to communicating with any of you, in order to find a reasonable time to begin.
While I don't see myself adding any particularly explicit or graphic content, I will choose to mark this roleplay 18+, just in case anybody else intends to make any such additions. Many of the characters are demons, and one is supposed to be a representstion of lust, after all.
Once again, I would appreciate any response or suggestions for the progression of the plot and/or characters, and I ask that you let me know if you want to play one of the characters, and what character you want to play. Just know that I may or may not be able to provide an immediate response.
